This privacy notice is effective from 2 November 2026 until revoked.
János Kollár, JNA Services Kft. (hereinafter: the data controller), as the operator of the jnasense.hu website, informs its visitors that it processes personal data in connection with this website solely in accordance with this privacy notice.
This notice is based on the data controller's Data Protection and Data Security Policy. Its scope covers every process carried out by the data controller in the course of operating the website that involves the processing of personal data as defined in Section 3(2) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Infotv.).
The terms used in this notice correspond to the definitions set out in Section 3 of the Infotv.
The data controller declares that it processes personal data only for the purpose of exercising rights or fulfilling obligations. It does not use the personal data it processes for private purposes, and its data processing always complies with the principle of purpose limitation. If the purpose of the processing ceases to exist, or the processing is otherwise unlawful, the data is deleted.
The data controller processes personal data only with the prior consent of the data subject or on the basis of a legal requirement.
The purpose of this notice is to ensure that, before collecting any data, the data controller always informs the data subject of the purpose and legal basis of the processing, as well as all other important information related to it.
Employees of the data controller who process data are obliged to keep any personal data they become aware of confidential as business secrets. To this end, our staff members who process or have access to personal data have signed a confidentiality statement.
Taking into account the specific characteristics of the processing, the data controller determines the organisation of data protection, the tasks and responsibilities related to data protection and associated activities, and appoints the person responsible for supervising data processing.
In the course of their work, the data controller's staff ensure that unauthorised persons cannot access personal data. Personal data is stored and kept in such a way that it cannot be accessed, viewed, altered or destroyed by unauthorised persons.
3. Exercising the rights of data subjects
Any natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly on the basis of personal data may request information about the processing of their personal data, and may request the rectification of their personal data or – with the exception of processing required by law – its deletion or transfer to a third party, using the contact details of the data controller provided above.
The data controller will respond in writing and in an easily understandable form to any request concerning the processing of the data subject's personal data within 30 days of receipt at the latest, or within 5 days in the case of an objection.
The information provided covers the information specified in Section 15(1) of the Infotv., unless the provision of information to the data subject may be refused by law.
As a general rule, the information is provided free of charge. The data controller charges a fee only in the cases specified in Section 15(5) of the Infotv.
The data controller rejects a request only on the grounds specified in Section 9(1) or Section 19 of the Infotv., and only in writing, stating the reasons and providing the information specified in Section 16(2) of the Infotv.
Inaccurate data is rectified by the head of the organisational unit processing the data, provided that the necessary data and the public documents proving it are available. Where the grounds specified in Section 17(2) of the Infotv. apply, the head of the unit arranges for the deletion of the personal data concerned.
For the period during which the data subject's objection to the processing of their personal data is being assessed – but for no more than 5 days – the head of the organisational unit carrying out the processing suspends the processing, examines whether the objection is justified and makes a decision, of which the applicant is informed in accordance with Section 21(2) of the Infotv.
If the objection is justified, the head of the organisational unit processing the data proceeds in accordance with Section 21(3) of the Infotv. The data controller compensates any damage caused to others by the unlawful processing of the data subject's data or by a breach of data security requirements, and also pays restitution for any violation of personality rights caused by it or by a data processor it engages. However, the data controller is exempt from liability for damage and from the obligation to pay restitution if it proves that the damage or the violation of the data subject's personality rights was caused by an unavoidable reason beyond the scope of the processing. Likewise, it does not compensate damage resulting from the intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the injured party.
